What Is a Child Arrangements Order?

A Child Arrangements Order (CAO) is a court order that sets out where your child lives and when they spend time with each parent or carer. It’s used when parents can’t agree arrangements and the court needs to decide what’s in the child’s best interests.

How I Can Help?

I support you as a self-representing parent with:​
