FEES 

I keep fees clear and simple so you always know what you’re agreeing to before any work starts. We’ll talk together about what you need, what you can afford, and the most cost-effective way to use my time, and I won’t take on extra work without checking with you first.

We offer a 15 minute FREE phone call to understand your position

We charge £55 per hour for all legal prep we do on your case (save for below) 

We also have bundling software and can prepare hearing bundles. 

Court applications (e.g. C100, C1A, variation or enforcement applications)

Includes a remote meeting to understand your situation, advice on which form to use, and drafting the application with you:​

• Standard review and application – £150

• More complex or urgent applications (for example Form E) – fee agreed in advance before any work starts

Position statements

Includes a remote meeting, reviewing your papers, drafting and one round of edits​

• Up to 4 pages – £125

• 5–8 pages – £225

• Longer or complex statements – price agreed in advance

We can attend court with you £250 for 1/2 day and £400 for a full day.

We bill travel costs @45p per mile or train ticket costs if your case is outside Teesside.
